As a Senior Manager for Intrepid’s Delivery Services, Loren oversees software implementation training and client support. His experience includes delivering initiative and block point software training of production critical applications. A training professional and member of ASTD he was first involved in software implementation as a trainer for a major aerospace manufacturer who overhauled user interfaces to business critical programs. Taking the approach that knowing the content is a small part of successful implementation, while understanding the culture and personality of the business as well as the end users is key to effective adoption, he was able to increase time to competency and contribute to process improvement through better training. |
